| dc.description.abstract | عالج هذا البحث المهارات القيادية في تحسين اداء الموارد البشرية و هي مسألة متزايدة الأهمية ورهانا جوهريا لنجاح المؤسسات وقدرتها على تحقيق الإبداع، والسبق ما تطلب تسييرها تسييرا محكما لاستغلالها الاستغلال الأمثل لضمان ديمومة تحسين الأداء. لذا تناولت هذه الدراسة أثر المهارات القيادية في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية بمديرية التجهيزات العمومية، حيث هدفت إلى التعرف على أثر المهارات القيادية في تحسين الأداء بمديرية محل الدراسة، وتوضيح العلاقة بين متغيري البحث. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم الاعتماد على المقابلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات اللازمة، حيث تم اختيار إطارات المؤسسة كمجتمع الدراسة في طرح بعض الأسئلة عليهم. الكلمات المفتاحية المهارات المهارات القيادية أداء الموارد البشرية This research deals with leadership skills in improving the performance of human resources, which is an increasingly important issue and a fundamental bet for the success of institutions and their ability to achieve creativity Therefore, this study dealt with the impact of leadership skills in improving the performance of human resources in the Directorate of Public Equipment, as it aimed to identify the impact of leadership skills in improving performance in the Directorate under study, and to clarify the relationship between the two variables of the research.
