dc.description.abstractهدفت الدراسة إلى شرح الإطار النظري و التطبيقي لمنصات التمويل الجماعي في الدول العربية، من خلال عرض أهم الأطر التنظيمية التي انتهجتها الدول العربية لتعزيز هذا النموذج الريادي كأداة تمويلية مبتكرة لسد فجوة التمويل التي تعاني منها المؤسسات الناشئة. وقد توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن منصات التمويل الجماعي أسهمت في تمويل العديد من المؤسسات الناشئة على الرغم من التباين الواضح لتوجهات المصارف و مؤسسات النقد العربية حول تراخيص و تنظيم هذه الشركات التي مازالت محدودة في الجزائر. The study aimed to explain the theoretical and applied framework of crowdfunding platforms in the Arab countries, by presenting the most important regulatory frameworks adopted by the Arab countries to promote this pioneering model as an innovative financing tool to bridge the funding gap experienced by emerging institutions. The study found a set of results, the most important of which is that Crowdfunding platforms have contributed to the financing of many emerging institutions, despite the clear contrast in the orientations of Arab banks and monetary institutions regarding licensing and regulation of these companies, which are still limited in Algeria.
