| dc.description.abstract | تسعى هذه الدراسة الى الإحاطة النظرية بنظام الحصص الذي إعتمدته الجزائر بموجب الإصلاحات القانونية لسنة 2012 وبيان أثر تطبيقه على ترشح المرأة من خلال الانتخابات المحلية لسنتي 2012 -2017 و قد توصلنا في الأخير إلى ان نظام الحصص يعمل على زيادة حظوظ المرأة في الترشح للمجالس المنتخبة المحلية مما يساهم في فوزهن بمقاعد في ظل هاته المجالس. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرأة؛ الترشح؛ نظام الحصص؛ توسيع حظوظ المرأة؛ الإنتخابات المحلية The present study seeks to shed light, from a theoretical perspective, on the women's quota system which Algeria adopted in accordance with the legal reforms of 2012 , and to emphasize the effect of its application on the candidacy of women during the local elections of the years 2012-2017. The investigation reveals that women's quota system increases the chances of women to run for local councils, something which contributes to winning seats in these same councils . | |
