dc.description.abstractالملخص : مستخلص الدراسة تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين تقدير الذات واستراتيجيات التعامل لدى مستعملي كيس فغر القولون، بالإضافة إلى تحديد الفروق في مستوى تقدير الذات واستراتيجيات التعامل تبعًا لمتغيري العمر ومدة استخدام الكيس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم ا لإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، وعلى عينة قوامها 04 حالة من المرض ى مستعملي كيس الفغر القولوني. ولجمع البيانات، تم إستخدام مقياس روزنبرغ (Brief COPE) لتقدير الذات، ومقياس إستراتيجيات التعامل وقد أسفرت النتائج لدى مستعملي كيس فغر القولون عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقدير الذات واستراتيجيات التعامل، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا في كل من تقدير الذات واستراتيجيات التعامل تبعًا لمتغيري السن ومدة استخدام الكيس Abstract : The present study aims to explore the nature of the relationship between self-esteem and coping strategies among individuals using a colostomy bag. It also seeks to identify differences in levels of selfesteem and coping strategies based on age and duration of colostomy bag use. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive method was adopted, and the study was conducted on a sample of 40 patients using a colostomy bag. Data were collected using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Brief COPE inventory. The results revealed a statistically significant correlation between self-esteem and coping strategies among colostomy bag users. Furthermore, the findings indicated statistically significant differences in both selfesteem and coping strategies according to age and duration of bag use.
