| dc.description.abstract | يمارس مجلس الدولة الجزائري الصلاحيات الجديدة الممنوحة له بموجب القانون الأساسي الجديد رقم 22-11 المعدل للقانون الأساسي 98-01 الذي يتضمن تنظيم مجلس الدولة واختصاصاته في مجال المنازعات الإدارية، حيث يختص بالفصل في الطعون. بالتمييز في الأحكام والقرارات الصادرة نهائياً من الجهات القضائية الإدارية، كما تختص بالفصل في الطعون بالتمييز المرخص لها بموجب أحكام خاصة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعنى بالفصل في الطعون ضد القرارات الصادرة عن محكمة الاستئناف الإدارية لمدينة الجزائر في قضايا الإلغاء والتفسير وتقدير مشروعية القرارات الإدارية.
