dc.description.abstractيكتسي منصب رئيس الجمهورية مكانة مرموقة وأهمية بارزة في الحياة السياسية والدستورية للأمة، نظرا لدوره الهام ومركزه السامي في الدولة عموما وعلى رأس السلطة التنفيذية خصوصا، ويعد محور النظام السياسي الجزائري باعتباره منتخب مباشرة من طرف الشعب. حيث يتمتع باختصاصات وسلطات واسعة تطال كافة الميادين مقارنة بالمؤسسات الدستورية الأخرى سواءا في الظروف العادية أو غير العادية. The function of the President of the Republic is of great importance in the political and constitutional life of the nation, given its important role and its high status in the state in general and at the head of the executive in particular, and is at the center of the Algerian political system as directly elected by the people. It has broad powers and powers in all areas compared to other constitutional institutions, both under normal and unusual circumstances.
