Abstract
تبحث هذه الورقة تجريبيا في أثر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة ( 1980-2014) باستخدام متجه الانحدار الذاتي VAR ، حيث تبين لنا من خلال نتائج اختبار التكامل المشترك لــJohansen أن معدل النمو الاقتصاد لا يتكامل تكاملا مشتركا مع تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و معدل الانفتاح التجاري ، كما أكدت لنا نتائج تقدير دوال الاستجابة الدفعية للصدمات العشوائية الممتدة خلال عشر سنوات أن معدل النمو الاقتصادي يستجيب بشكل ايجابي لأي صدمة في معدل تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر لكن بمضاعف صغير ، حيث أن نصيب الاستثمارات الاجنبية المباشرة من تكوين الناتج لا يتعدى 2 % ، و فيما يخص نتائج اختبار العلاقات السبيية على المدى القصير فقد تبين لنا وجود علاقة سببية معنوية من معدل الانفتاح التجاري باتجاه النمو الاقتصادي و من تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر باتجاه معدل الانفتاح التجاري عند مستوى 10 % و 1 % على الترتيب . Abstract This paper investigates empirically the impact of foreign direct investment on economic growth in Algeria over the period ( 1980-2014 ) , using the vector autoregression model VAR , the johansen co-integration test indicates that the Gdp growth rate is not cointegrated with the foreign direct investment and the openness degree , ,from the impulses responses functions we conclude that any positive shock in foreign direct investment inflows by one standard deviation or one innovation is associated with a positive effect on the economic growth with very small multiplier , where the foreign direct investment inflows contribution in the gross domestic product is only 2 % , finally the granger causality test suggests that the degree of openness granger cause the gdp growth at 10 percent level of significance and the foreign direct investment flows granger cause the degree of openness at 1 percent level of significance
