Abstract
ملخص الدراسة :
- تُبرز دراسة "دور رقمنة النقل الحضري في تنظيم حركة المرور بمدينة خنشلة" دور الرقمنة كخيار إستراتيجي في إدارة التنقل داخل المدن، خصوصًا مع تزايد الضغط على البنية التحتية التقليدية، وارتفاع الطلب على وسائل النقل الحضري الفعّالة. وقد بيّن التحليل النظري والميداني أن الرقمنة لم تعد ترفًا تقنيًا، بل تحوّلت إلى ضرورة حتمية تُسهم في تسهيل حركة المركبات، وتخفيف الازدحام، وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدّمة للمواطنين، لا سيما من خلال أدوات مثل التطبيقات الذكية، أنظمة التوجيه، ونماذج النقل. التشاركي.
وفي هذا السياق، يُعد تطبيق "يسير" أحد أبرز الأمثلة على الحلول الرقمية الناشئة في الجزائر، إذ يتيح للمستخدمين إمكانية طلب خدمات النقل بسهولة عبر الهواتف الذكية، اعتمادًا على نظام تتبّع فوري وتقييم مباشر. ورغم أن نشاطه يتركّز في المدن الكبرى، فإن توسيع تجربته نحو المدن المتوسطة مثل خنشلة يُعد مجالًا واعدًا للاستثمار في الرقمنة، ويمثل فرصة لفهم مدى استعداد هذه المدن لاستيعاب النماذج الرقمية الجديدة. ضمن بيئتها الخاصة.
ومنه نستنتج ان لرقمنة النقل الحضري دور ايجابي و هام في تنظيم حركة المرور في مدينة خنشلة ،حيث اظهرت النتائج ان تبني الادوات الرقمية بما في ذلك التطبيقات الذكية مثل" يسير "يمكن ان يسهم في تجاوز العديد من العراقيل المرتبطة بالازدحام المروريو نقص التنسيق.
Abstract:
-The study titled "The Role of Urban TransportDigitization in Regulating Traffic Flow in the City ofKhenchela" highlights the importance of digitization as a strategic option for managing urban mobility, especially in light of increasing pressure on traditional infrastructure and the growing demand for efficient urban transport services. The theoretical and field-based analysis shows that digitization is no longer a technological luxury, but has become a necessary tool that contributes to facilitating vehicle movement, reducing congestion, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens—particularly through tools such as smart applications, navigation systems, and shared transport models.In this context, the Yassir application stands out as one of the most prominent emerging digital solutions in Algeria. It allows users to request transport services easily via smartphones, relying on real-time tracking and direct evaluation systems. Although its operations are primarily concentrated in major cities, expanding this experience to medium-sized cities like Khenchela represents a promisingarea for digital investment and offers an opportunity to assess the readiness of such cities to adoptnew digital models within their localenvironment.
This study highlights the importance of digital transformation as a key driver for organizing urban transport and improving traffic flow in medium-sized cities such as Khenchela. The findings show that adopting digital tools, including smart applications like Yassir, can help overcome many challenges related to congestion and lack of coordination.
