dc.description.abstractالملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على دور الإدارة الرقمية في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية، وذلك من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي قمنا بها بتوزيع 83 استبيان على موظفي الإدارة العمومية ببلدية خنشلة، وقد تم معالجة المعطيات المتحصل عليها من خلالها باستعمال برنامج وأساليب احصائية SPSS مخصصة لذلك، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها أنها توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الإدارة الرقمية وجودة الخدمة العمومية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 وأنه يوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين مدى استخدام التقنيات وشبكات الانترنت في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية. The aim of this study was to examine the role of digital management in enhancing the quality of public services. This was achieved through a field study conducted by distributing 83 questionnaires to employees of the public administration in the municipality of Khenchela. The data obtained were processed using the SPSS software and statistical methods tailored for this purpose. The study found significant results, including a statistically significant relationship between digital management and the quality of public service at a significance level of α=0.05. Additionally, there is a correlation between the extent of using technologies and internet networks in improving the quality of public services.
