| dc.description.abstract | يركز موضوع البحث على تأثير العوامل النفسية على السلوك الإجرامي من خلال مفهوم الدافع النفسي من خلال تقسيم الدافع بجوانبه النفسي والجنائي، بغرض معرفة العوامل التي أدت إلى السلوك الإجرامي من بينها الداخلية والخارجية. ضف على ذلك العوامل المؤثرة بجانبها الغريزي والعاطفي وتأثير العاهات النفسية على هذا السلوك.This research focuses on the influence of psychological factors on criminal behavior through the concept of psychological motivation. This research divides motivation into its psychological and criminal aspects, with the aim of identifying the factors that lead to criminal behavior, including internal and external factors. This research also examines the influencing factors, including their instinctive and emotional aspects, and the impact of psychological disorders on this behavior. | |
