Abstract
Dans le cadre de la recherche de traitements naturels et efficaces pour les brûlures
cutanées, ce mémoire s’intéresse à la formulation de crèmes dermatologiques à base de
plantes médicinales locales. Ces plantes ont été sélectionnées pour leurs propriétés
pharmacologiques reconnues
Trois formulations ont été développées : deux crèmes mono-plantes et une crème synergique
combinant les extraits des deux espèces.
L’étude a comporté deux volets d’évaluation :
-une évaluation physico-chimique (pH, stabilité, texture, aspect), tests microbiennes.
-Une évaluation phytochimique (screning, activités anti oxydante, anti inflammatoire
SAB,anti hémolytique) et surtout des essais biologiques in vivo sur des lapins, visant à tester
l’effet cicatrisant,et apaisant des différentes crèmes sur des brûlures de second degré induites
expérimentalement.
Les résultats ont montré une tolérance cutanée satisfaisante et une nette amélioration de la
cicatrisation dans les groupes traités par rapport au témoin de BIAFINE, particulièrement
avec la crème combinée, suggérant un effet synergique renforcé.
Cette étude ouvre des perspectives prometteuses pour la valorisation de ressources naturelles
locales en médecine traditionnelle moderne, et justifie le dépôt d’un brevet pour protéger
l’innovation formulée..
As part of the search for natural and effective treatments for skin burns, this thesis
focuses on the formulation of dermatological creams based on local medicinal plants.
These plants were selected for their recognized pharmacological properties.
Three formulations were developed: two single-plant creams and a synergistic cream
combining extracts from both species.
The study included two evaluation components:
- a physicochemical evaluation (pH, stability, texture, appearance), and microbial tests.
- a phytochemical evaluation (screening, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory (SAB), and antihemolytic activities), and, most importantly, in vivo biological tests on rabbits, aimed at
testing the healing and soothing effects of the different creams on experimentally induced
second-degree burns. The results showed satisfactory skin tolerance and a significant
improvement in healing in the treated groups compared to the BIAFINE control group,
particularly with the combination cream, suggesting a stronger synergistic effect.
This study opens up promising prospects for the use of local natural resources in modern
traditional medicine and justifies the filing of a patent to protect the formulated innovation.
في إطار السعي ليجاد علجات طبيعية وفعالة للحروق الجلدية، يهتم هذا البحث بإعداد كريمات جلدية
تعتمد على نباتات طبية محلية، تم اختيارها بنا ءً على خصائصها الدوائية المعروفة.
تم تطوير الث تركيبات مختلفة: كريمين أحاديي النبات )كل واحد يحتوي على مستخلص نبات واحد(،
وكريم االث تركيبي يجمع بين مستخلصي النباتين، بهدف تحقيق تأاير تآزري.
تضمن البحث جانبين من التقييم:
بالضافة إلى اختبارات ،)الثبات، القوام، المظهر الخارجي ، pHدرجة الحموضة( تقييم فيزيائي-كيميائي
ميكروبية.
فحص أولي للمركبات النباتية، واختبار النشاطات المضادة للكسدة، والمضادة ( تقييم فيتوكيميائي
بالضافة إلى تجارب بيولوجية حية ،)والمضادة ننحلل كريات الدم الحمراً ، SABلللتهاب بطريقة
أأجريت على الرانب، بهدف تقييم التأاير المهدئ والمعالج للحروق من الدرجة الثانية الناتجة in vivo
عن تحفيز تجريبي.
أًهرت النتائج تح ام ءل جلديءا جيدءا وتحسنءا ملحو ءًا في التئام الجروح لدى المجموعات المعالجة مقارنةء
وخاصةء مع الكريم المركب، مما يشير إلى وجود ، BIAFINEبالمجموعة المرجعية التي عولجت بكريم
تأاير تآزري معزز.
تفتح هذه الدراسة آفاًءا واعدة للستفادة من الموارد الطبيعية المحلية في الطب التقليدي الحديث، كما تبرر
التقدم بطلب للحصول على براًة اختراع لحماية هذه التركيبة المبتكرة.
