Abstract
ومع تفاقم المشكلات البيئية واتساع نطاقها، تسارعت وتيرة نضوب الموارد الطبيعية، وباتت التربة والهواء والمياه ملوثة، مما دفع المتخصصين والجمهور على حد سواء إلى الاهتمام بالشؤون البيئية خلال العقدين الماضيين. ومن أجل حماية البيئة ومعالجة المشاكل الناشئة عن الأنشطة الصناعية، ظهرت الحاجة إلى الحوكمة. تعد الحوكمة البيئية بمثابة آلية حاسمة لضمان تنفيذ السياسات البيئية وتحقيق التوازن بين الأبعاد البيئية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتنمية المستدامة. ويشكل هذا الأخير إطارا يهدف إلى تنظيم العلاقة بين المؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية والمجتمع المدني والقطاع الخاص فيما يتعلق بإدارة وحماية البيئة، ويتحقق ذلك من خلال
تعزيز الشفافية والمشاركة المجتمعية وتوازن القوى والالتزام بالقوانين والأنظمة البيئية وضمان استدامة النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية الشاملة.
تؤدي الإدارة البيئية الفعالة إلى الحفاظ على التوازن البيئي وتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية من خلال تشجيع الابتكار وتبني التقنيات النظيفة والمستدامة، مما يؤدي إلى تحسين كفاءة الموارد، وتقليل الآثار البيئية الضارة، وبالتالي توفير فرص اقتصادية مستدامة للأجيال الحالية والمستقبلية.
with the escalation of environmental issues and their widening scope, the pace of natural resource depletion has accelerated, Soil, air, and water have become polluted,prompting specialists and the public alike to take an interest in environmental matters over the past two decades. In order to protect the environment and address the problems arising from industrial activities, the need for governance emerged. Environmental governance serves as a critical mechanism to ensure the implementation of environmental policies and achieve a balance between the environmental, economic, and social dimensions of sustainable development. The latter constitutes a framework aimed at regulating the relationship between institutions, government bodies, civil society, and the private sector concerning environmental management and protection, This is achieved through enhancing transparency, community engagement, power equilibrium, adherence to environmental laws and regulations, and ensuring the sustainability of economic growth and comprehensive development.
Effective environmental governance results in maintaining environmental balance and achieving environmental sustainability by promoting innovation and adopting clean and sustainable technologies, This leads to improving resource efficiency, reducing detrimental environmental impacts, and consequently providing sustainable economic opportunities for current and future generations
