Abstract
الملخص:
حاول الباحث في هذه الدراسة أن يبرز مفهومي القيّم والثّقافة كل على حدا، ثم ركّب منها مفهوما جديدا وهو القيّم الثقافية التي فكّكها إلى ثلاثة أبعاد وهي القيّم الشخصية، القيّم المجتمعية والقيّم التّنظيمية، ثم تناول مفهومي التنمية والحضرية ليركّب منهما مفهوم التّنمية الحضرية من زاوية علم الاجتماع؛ هذه التّنمية تركّز على ثلاثة أبعاد وهي: المستوى الاجتماعي، الاقتصادي والثقافي. أراد الباحث أن يدرس تأثير القيم الثقافية على التّنمية الحضرية، وأن تكون الأسرة الحضرية هي وحدة التحليل، وهي مجتمع الدراسة في نفس الوقت. وطرحت إشكالية رئيسية وهي: هل يوجد تأثير للقيّم الثّقافية للأسرة الحضرية في مدينة خنشلة على التنمية الحضرية من 2021 إلى 2024؟ بهدف معرفة إذا كان لها تأثير أم لا؟ وإذا كان موجودا إلى جانب عوامل اخرى فما هي النسبة المئوية وباقي الاحصائيات التي نقيس بها هذا التأثير. حتى يتم اختبار الفرضيات المطروحة ومنها الاجابة على الاشكالية المطروحة، والتي تعد دراسة استشرافية لسنة 2024.
كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ربط المتغير المستقل بالمتغير التابع عن طريق تحليل أبعاد كل متغير، ووضع مؤشرات لكل بعد حتى يتم قياسها، ومن هذه الأهداف على سبيل المثال: الالتزام بالعيش باحترام وسلام متبادلين مع الجيران، ووظيفة المؤسسات الدينية بالتّنشئة الاجتماعية وحماية الأبناء من الثقافات الهدّامة، إلى جانب أهمية استخدام الوسائل التّكنولوجية لتحقيق التّنمية.
واستخدم المنهج الوصفي بصفته الأنسب في مثل هذه الدراسة، حيث يصف المتغيرات ويعطينا المجال للتفسير والتحليل إلى جانب المنهج الإحصائي حتى تكون الدراسة موضوعية ودقيقة وغير متحيزة، واستعملنا برنامج SPSS الذي ساعنا في صدق وثبات أداة الدراسة، وفي سهولة تفريغ البيانات والاحصاء الوصفي والاحصاء الاستدلالي، ثم تحويل الفرضيات الانشائية إلى فرضيات احصائية؛ والتي تعتمد على الفرضية الصفرية والفرضية البديلة، وبما أن جميع الفرضيات الصفرية لم تتحقق رفضناها، وقبلنا الفرضيات البديلة، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها هي: قبول جميع الفرضيات التي وضعناها، ومنه كان جوابنا على التساؤل الرئيسي بالإيجاب، لوجود تأثير للمتغير المستقل على المتغير التابع، وذلك بعد أن أثبتنا صحة ذلك مع التساؤلات الفرعية، إلاّ أنّ هذا التّأثير يختلف حسب البعد الذي يأخذه المتغير المستقل مقابل البعد الذي يأخذه المتغير التابع، كما وضحنا في الاشكالية. وهذا ما أكدته الدراسة الميدانية.
Résumé :
Dans cette étude, le chercheur a tenté de mettre en évidence les concepts de valeurs et de culture séparément, puis a installé un nouveau concept, qui est les valeurs culturelles, qu’il a démantelées en trois dimensions, à savoir les valeurs personnelles, les valeurs sociétales et les valeurs organisationnelles, puis a traité les concepts de développement et d’urbain pour installer le concept de développement urbain sous l’angle de la sociologie ; ce développement se concentre sur trois dimensions : le niveau social, économique et culturel. Le chercheur voulait étudier l’impact des valeurs culturelles sur le développement urbain, et que la famille urbaine soit l’unité d’analyse, et c’est en même temps la communauté d’étude. Un problème clé a été soulevé: y a-t-il un impact des valeurs culturelles de la famille urbaine dans la ville de Khenchela sur le développement urbain de 2021 à 2024? Afin de savoir si cela a un effet ou non? S’il existe parallèlement à d’autres facteurs, quel pourcentage et quelles autres statistiques mesureons-nous cet effet? Afin de tester les hypothèses présentées, y compris la réponse au problème posé, qui est une étude prospective pour l’année 2024.
Cette étude vise également à relier la variable indépendante à la variable dépendante en analysant les dimensions de chaque variable et en développant des indicateurs pour chaque dimension à mesurer, par exemple: l’engagement à vivre dans le respect mutuel et la paix avec les voisins, la fonction des institutions religieuses dans la socialisation et la protection des enfants contre les cultures destructrices, en plus de l’importance d’utiliser des moyens technologiques pour réaliser le développement.
L’approche descriptive a été utilisée comme la plus appropriée dans une telle étude, car elle décrit les variables et nous donne l’espace pour l’interprétation et l’analyse en plus de la méthode statistique afin que l’étude soit objective, précise et impartiale, et nous avons utilisé le programme SPSS, qui nous a aidés dans la sincérité et la stabilité de l’outil d’étude, et dans la facilité de décharger les données, les statistiques descriptives et les statistiques inférentielles, puis de convertir les hypothèses structurelles en hypothèses statistiques, qui dépendent de l’hypothèse nulle et de l’hypothèse alternative, et puisque toutes les hypothèses nulles n’ont pas été réalisées, nous les avons rejetées, et nous avons accepté les hypothèses alternatives, et les résultats les plus importants que nous avons atteints. À elle est: Acceptation de toutes les hypothèses que nous avons développées, et à partir de là notre réponse à la question principale était affirmative, parce qu’il y a un effet de la variable indépendante sur la variable dépendante, après que nous ayons prouvé que cela est vrai avec les sous-questions, mais cet effet varie selon la dimension que prend la variable indépendante par rapport à la dimension que prend la variable dépendante, comme nous l’avons expliqué dans le problème. Cela a été confirmé par l’étude sur le terrain.
Abstract:
In this study, the researcher tried to highlight the concepts of values and culture separately, and then installed a new concept, which is cultural values, which he dismantled into three dimensions, namely personal values, societal values and organizational values, and then dealt with the concepts of development and urban to install the concept of urban development from the angle of sociology; this development focuses on three dimensions: social, economic and cultural level. The researcher wanted to study the impact of cultural values on urban development, and for the urban family to be the unit of analysis, and it is the study community at the same time. A key problem was raised: Is there an impact of the cultural values of the urban family in the city of Khenchela on urban development from 2021 to 2024? In order to find out if it has an effect or not? If it exists alongside other factors, what percentage and other statistics do we measure this effect? In order to test the hypotheses presented, including the answer to the problem posed, which is a forward-looking study for the year 2024.
This study also aims to link the independent variable with the dependent variable by analyzing the dimensions of each variable, and developing indicators for each dimension to be measured, for example: the commitment to live in mutual respect and peace with neighbors, the function of religious institutions in socialization and protection of children from destructive cultures, in addition to the importance of using technological means to achieve development.
The descriptive approach was used as the most appropriate in such a study, as it describes the variables and gives us the space for interpretation and analysis in addition to the statistical method so that the study is objective, accurate and unbiased, and we used the SPSS program, which helped us in the sincerity and stability of the study tool, and in the ease of unloading data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, and then converting structural hypotheses into statistical hypotheses, which depend on the null hypothesis and the alternative hypothesis, and since all the null hypotheses were not achieved, we rejected them, and we accepted the alternative hypotheses, and the most important results that we reached To it is: Acceptance of all the hypotheses that we have developed, and from it our answer to the main question was in the affirmative, because there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, after we have proven this to be true with the sub-questions, but this effect varies according to the dimension that the independent variable takes versus the dimension that the dependent variable takes, as we explained in the problem, and this is confirmed by the field study.
