| dc.description.abstract | أدى عجز نظريات الاتجاه التفسيري (الواقعية والليبرالية وعلى وجه التحديد) في الإلمام باتجاه نظري متكامل لمختلف ظواهر العلاقات الدولية، على رأيها مفهوم الأمن، إلى بروز نظريات ومقتربات جديدة أطلق عليها وصف "التكوينية- التأملية" نظرا لمحاولتها الإحاطة بكل عناصر ومتغيرات النظرية بهدف تقديم منظور متكامل يؤسس لبناء نظرية عامة في العلاقات الدولية، وعليه فإن النظريات التكوينية كمجموعة من التصورات البديلة للسياسة العالمية تتبنى مواقف ابستمولوجية وخيارات منهجية وانطولوجية، غير تلك التي ميزت النظريات التفسيرية. The inability of explanatory theories (Realism and Liberalism in particular) to developing an integrated theoretical approach to the various phenomenon of international relations (Security concept in particular), led to the emergence of new theories and approaches called “Formative-Reflective” given to their attempt to surround all theoretical elements and variables in order to provide an integrated perspective that sets the basis for the construction of a general theory in international relations; therefore, the formative theories - as a set of alternative perceptions in world politics- adopt different epistemological positions and other ontological-methodological choices than those which characterized the explanatory theories | |
