Abstract
لقد أخذت الجريمة الاقتصادية عدة أبعاد في ظل العولمة والتقدم التكنولوجي، فكان هناك ارتباط وثيق بين استخدامات الحاسب الآلي والفعل المجرم سواء أكانت الأنظمة المعلوماتية وتطورها هي محل الجريمة أم وسيلة لها. فجوهر الأمر في دراسة أثر التقدم التكنولوجي على الجريمة الاقتصادية يكمن في انتشار الوسائل المعلوماتية نتيجة هذا التطور الرقمي الذي غز شتى المجالات في الحياة، وهو ما أدى إلى زيادة هذا النوع من الجرائم في صورتها المستحدثة.
Economic crime has taken on several dimensions in light of globalization and technological progress, there was a close link between the use of computers and the criminal act, whether the information systems and their development were the subject of the crime or a means to it. The essence of the matter in studying the impact of technological progress on economic crime lies in the spread of information means as a result of this digital development, which invaded various fields of life, this led to an increase in this type of crime in its newly developed form.
