| dc.description.abstract | يتضح لنا أن دور الضبطية القضائية في مكافحة الجرائم الفساد وتعد قضية رئيسية بالنسبة للجميع و هي ظاهرة منتشرة في جميع بلدان العالم سواء كانت نامية أو متقدمة ولكن بدرجات متفاوتة من حيث مدى خطورتها على جميع الأصعدة إدارية ، اجتماعية اقتصادية سياسية، لذا كان لزاما الاهتمام بجهاز الضبط القضائي ورفع مقدرته وكفاءاته حيث أصبحت إحدى الأولويات التي تسطرها الدول ومن بينها الجزائر التي تقدر حجم هذه المشكلة وأبعادها الحاضرة والمستقبلية .. ولا يخفى علينا أن مشكلة الجرائم الفساد ازدادت خطورة في هذا العصر نتيجة التقدم الحضاري والصناعي خاصة و نحن في المجتمعات النامية مما كان له أثر على الحياة اليومية للأفراد، وعلى ازدياد مطالب الفرد وتعرضه للمغريات مع غلاء المعيشة، والتي هيأت فرص جديدة للانحراف وارتفاع نسبة الإجرام ، فكان لزاما على المشرع الجزائري التوجه نحو سياسة جنائية جديدة الغرض منها مسايرة التطور الحاصل في مجال الإجرام.
