| dc.description.abstract | لقد أصبح الفساد من أكثر الظواهر انتشاراً في مختلف دول العالم، حيث تتشابك الجرائم المتعلقة بالفساد في هذا الوقت مع مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية والإدارية وحتى السياسية، على الرغم من وجود عدة جهات مؤهلة لمكافحة الفساد على كافة المستويات. ولذلك، يجب على التشريع أن يواكب المنحنى التصاعدي لجرائم الفساد، من خلال مراجعة استراتيجية الوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، وإنشاء آليات حديثة وكافية للحد من هذه الآفة. أما الجانب المؤسساتي محل المراجعة فيهم الهيئة الوطنية للوقاية من الفساد ومحاربته من جهة، والهيئة المركزية لقمع الفساد من جهة أخرى.Corruption has become one of the most widespread phenomena in different countries of the world, where corruption-related offenses are intertwined at this time with various economic, administrative and even political activities, despite the existence of several bodies qualified to combat corruption at all levels. And therefore, the legislation must follow the upward curve of corruption offenses, by reviewing the strategy for preventing and combating corruption, by creating modern and adequate mechanisms, to reduce this scourge.
