| dc.description.abstract | تناولنا في دراستنا موضوع تأثير ضغوط العمل على الأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية و هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى معرفة ضغوط العمل و مصادرها و أهم الاستراتيجيات للتعامل معها إضافة إلى أهم المفاهيم للداء الوظيفي و جوانبه و العلاقة بينهما و قمنا بدراسة ميدانية في مديرية الموارد المائية لولاية الطارف حيث أجرينا الدراسة الميدانية على كامل مجتمع العينة المقر عددهم ب 711 موظفا و لمعالجة هذا البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال الاستبيان و توصلنا إلى إن هناك قدر منها ضروري لدفع الأفراد نحو الأداء الفعال أما أن زادت أصبحت سلبية In our study, we dealt with the subject of the impact of work stress on job performance in the Algerian institution, this study ains to know the work pressures and their sources and the most important strategies to cope with them. I’m addition to the most important concepts and the relationship between them; we have experienced a fielded study in the water resources directorate of EL TARF state ,where we conducted the study on the entire sample population estimated at 177 employees to proceeds an for a good progress of we mailed on the descriptive and analytical approach through the questioning, and we ends up that is a necessary of it to push individuals towards effective performance and if it increased it became negative | |
