Abstract
الملخص :
تعد ظاهرة العنف لدى الشباب من أهم الظواهر التي أصبحت تعاني منها دول العالم النامي التي تعاني شعوبه من أوضاع اقتصادية متردية لا تسمح بتوفير تكاليف التعليم, وتعاني أنظمته التعليمية من الجمود والتخلف وعدم كفاءة الموارد البشرية، وهذه الظاهرة لها انعكاسها الخطير, فهي كالقنبلة داخل هذه المجتمعات فاتساعها يؤدي لضعف الإمكانيات البشرية والتدهور الأخلاقي وغيرها من المشكلات الاجتماعية ، ومن هذا المنطلق فهدف هذا المقال هو تسليط الضوء على هذه المشكلة للتعرف على أسبابها والعوامل المؤدية لها وكيفية التوصل لحلول وعلاجات تساهم في القضاء على هذه الظاهرة
Abstract:
The phenomenon of violence among young people of the most important phenomena that are afflicting the developing world suffering peoples of the economic conditions poor do not allow the provision of education costs, and suffer their educational systems from inertia and backwardness and inefficiency of human resources, and this phenomenon has reflected the serious, they are bomb within these communities its breadth result of the weakness of human potential and degradation of moral and other social problems, and in this sense objective of this article is to shed light on this problem is to identify the causes and factors leading to them and how to find solutions and treatments contribute to the eradication of this phenomenon.
