| dc.description.abstract | تعد المصالحة الوطنية مشروع سياسي يهدف إلى استعادة حالة السلم والأمن في الدولة من جهة والى المحافظة على الاستقرار السياسي من جهة أخرى، وعرفت الجزائر سنوات من العنف والإرهاب وعدم الاستقرار السياسي أدت بها إلي انتهاج الوئام المدني والمصالحة الوطنية كآلية من آليات تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي، وقامت بذلك من خلال استراتيجية طويلة المدى كانت بدايتها بالحوار السياسي ثم قانون تدابير الرحمة ثم الوفاق الوطني وبعد ذلك الوئام المدني ليصبح بعد ذلك المصالحة الوطنية، وكان الهدف من كل هذا هو تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي في الجزائر، وكانت نتيجة هذه المصالحة الوطنية هي مكافحة الإرهاب، وعليه يمكن القول أن الجزائر في نجحت في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي عن طريق المصالحة الوطنية National reconciliation is a political project aimed at restoring the state of peace and security in the State and maintaining political stability on the other, Algeria has experienced years of violence, terrorism and political instability, Through a long-term strategy which began with political dialogue then the law of measures of mercy then national reconciliation then civil harmony then national reconciliation, all with the aim of achieving political stability in Algeria. It is the fight against terrorism, and we can therefore say that Algeria has succeeded in achieving political stability thanks to national reconciliation. | |
