Effet antibactérien des extraits de trois plantesmédicinales (Juniperus oxycedrus, Eucalyptus globulus et Matricaria chamomilla )

| dc.description.abstract | Our study aims to enhance the value of three medicinal plants (Juniperus oxycedrus; Eucalyptus globulus and Matricaria chamomilla), by characterizing them by a phytochimical study and the evaluation of the antibacterial activities of the hydro-ethanolic extracts of these three plants species. The phytochimical tests carried out show the richness of these plant species in polyphenols, flavonoids, sapnoids, catechetical tanins and quinones and total absence of alkaloids. The antibacterial activity of three hydro-ethanolic extracts was tested against six bacterial strains, two Gram positive (Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus) and four Gram negative (Escherichia coli; Klebsiella pneumoniae; Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter aerogens) by disk diffusion method. The results obtained revealed that these extracts react positively on Bacillus Subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus strains with zones of inhibition varying from 7 mm to 15 mm in diameter, while they are inactive against the remaining strains. The present study shows the richness of these three plants with secondary metabolites (polyphenolic compounds), which shows the importance of their use in local medicine as antibacterial agents. تهدف دراستنا إلى تعزيز قيمة ثلاثة نباتات طبية ) نبات العرعار، أوكالبتوس و زهرة البابونج )، وتتميز بدراسة كيميائية نباتية وتقييم الأنشطة المضادة للبكتيريا للمستخلصات المائية الإيثانولية من هذه الأنواع النباتية الثلاثة. تبين الاختبارات الكيميائية النباتية التي أجريت ثراء هذه الأنواع النباتية بالبوليفينول والفلافونويدات والسابنويدات والكينونات الحرة في حين الغياب التام للالكلويد تم اختبار النشاط المضاد للبكتيريا للمستخلصات المائية الإيثانولية الثلاث ضد ست سلالات بكتيرية: اثنين موجبة الجرام Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis) وأربعة سالبة الجرام (Pseudomonas; Enterobacter aerogens ,Klebsiella pneumoniae ,Escherichia coli aeruginosa) وفقا لطريقة الانتشار على القرص أظهرت النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها أن هذه المستخلصات تؤثر بشكل إيجابي على سلالات Staphylococcus aureus و Bacillus subtilis مع مناطق تثبيط يتراوح قطرها بين 7 مم إلى 15 مم ، في حين أنها غير نشطة ضد السلالات المتبقية. تبين هذه الدراسة ثراء هذه النباتات الثلاثة لها بالأيضات الثانوية (مركبات البوليفينول)، مما يدل على أهمية استخدامها في الطب المحلي كعوامل مضادة للبكتيريا. | |
