Abstract
ملخص:
تهدف هذه المذكرة، المقدمة لنيل شهادة الماستر الأكاديمي بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة، إلى تقييم واقع التعليم المحاسبي في الجزائر ومدى استجابته لمتطلبات مهنة المحاسبة. يسعى البحث إلى تحديد مدى توافق المناهج التعليمية المحاسبية الحالية مع احتياجات سوق العمل والتطورات المتسارعة في المهنة.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى دراسة ميدانية لتقييم تأثير التعليم المحاسبي على متطلبات المهنة. يؤكد البحث على الأهمية المحورية للتعليم المحاسبي في تزويد القطاعات الاقتصادية بالكفاءات المتخصصة. ومع ذلك، تشير النتائج الأولية إلى وجود تحديات رئيسية، أبرزها الفجوة بين الجانب النظري والممارسة المهنية.
لتحسين الوضع الراهن، تقترح الدراسة فرصًا للتطوير تشمل تحديث المناهج الدراسية لتتوافق مع المعايير الدولية ومتطلبات سوق العمل، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على الجوانب التطبيقية. كما تؤكد على ضرورة تعزيز استخدام التكنولوجيا في العملية التعليمية وتطوير كفاءات الطلاب لتمكينهم من تلبية متطلبات المهنة الحديثة.
Abstract:
This dissertation, submitted to Abbas Laghrour University of Khenchela for a Master's degree, examines "The Reality of Accounting Education in Algeria and its Responsiveness to the Requirements of the Accounting Profession." The research aims to assess the alignment of current accounting curricula with the demands of the job market and the ongoing developments within the accounting profession.
The study employs a descriptive analytical approach complemented by field research to evaluate the impact of accounting education on professional requirements. It underscores the critical importance of accounting education in equipping economic sectors with specialized competencies. However, preliminary findings indicate significant challenges, primarily the gap between theoretical instruction and practical professional application.
To address this, the study proposes opportunities for improvement, including updating curricula to align with international standards and market needs, with a particular focus on practical aspects. It also emphasizes the necessity of enhancing technology integration in the educational process and developing student competencies to meet the demands of the modern profession.
