| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على المعايير المحاسبية الدولية وحتمية التحول نحو تطبيق معايير شرعية ذات طابع إسلامي، للإستفادة منها وتعميمها من قبل هيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية AAOIFI . تم التوصل إلى أنه تم إصدار معايير شرعية مست كل من الجانب الشرعي، المحاسبي المراجعة الحوكمة وأخلاقيات العمل لتكون بذلك قد غطت أغلب الجوانب المهمة في التعاملات المالية الخاصة بالمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية، مما ساهم في جعلها بديلا ناجحا ذا طابع شرعي للمعايير المحاسبية الدولية على مستوى المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية والتقليدية. الكلمات المفتاحية المحاسبة الإسلامية المعايير المحاسبية الدولية هيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسسات المالية الإسلامية This study aimed to shed light on international accounting standards and the necessity of a shift towards the application of Islamic standards, to be used and adopted by the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions AAOIFI. It was concluded that legal standards were issued for each of the Sharia, accounting, auditing, governance and business ethics to have covered most of the important aspects in the financial dealings of Islamic financial institutions, which contributed to making them a successful alternative to international accounting standards within both of Islamic and traditional institutions. | |
