Abstract
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلي إبراز التأثيرات الضارة للنظم الاقتصادية الصناعية العالمية التي باتت من الأمور المعلومة للكافة، الأمر الذي حفز الباحثين على السعي لتطوير بدائل والبحث عن حلول توازن بين الضرورة الصناعية والحاجة للحفاظ على ما تبقى من بيئة سليمة، وذلك من خلال تطوير نظام اقتصاد التدوير أو الاقتصاد الدائري الذي يدعو إلى إعادة استغلال الموارد بشكل مستمر من خلال إعادة استخدام وتجديد المنتجات والمكونات والمواد وجعلها أكثر استدامة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلي انه من بين الحلول المطروحة أمام الدول في الوقت الراهن، التحول بشكل كلي لاستخدام الأنظمة الصديقة للبيئة، أهمها الاقتصاد الدائري الذي يعد واحدا من أكثر القضايا الإستراتيجية في السنوات المقبلة ويهيئ للاعتماد على الابتكار ونشر النماذج الاقتصادية المرنة، من اجل تقليص الانبعاثات الغازية والتلوث البيئي، بما يضمن المزيد من سنوات الحياة السليمة على سطح الأرض.
The paper aims to highlight the adverse effects of global industrial economic
systems have become things are known to all, prompting researchers to seek
alternatives and seek solutions between industrial necessity and the need to
preserve the rest of the sound environment, through the development of the
system of recycling economy or circular economy which calls for the continuous
reuse of resources by re-using and renewing products, components and materials
and making them more sustainable.
The study concluded that among the solutions currently before the States, full switch to using environmentally friendly systems, most notably the circular
economy, which is one of the most strategic issues in the coming years and is
designed to rely on innovation and the dissemination of flexible economic models,
in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pollution, ensuring more
healthy years of life on Earth
