| dc.description.abstract | تتطلب عملية بناء المجتمعات الحديثة الاهتمام بالبناء المعرفي لها، ويعد التعليم من أهم ركائزها، ولكن حاليا تعلقت الرهانات بالجانب النوعي للمعرفة أكثر من الجانب الكمي لها، وهذا ناتج عن تحديات العولمة. بعبارة أخرى أصبحت إشكالية الجودة اهتمام أساسي لجميع الدول. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان واقع جودة التعليم العالي بالجامعة الجزائرية كنموذجا، من خلال مجموعة معايير كمؤشرات التخطيط الاستراتيجي والبرامج وطرق التعليم-تسيير الإدارة. حاولنا في دراستنا التطبيقية التركيز على تقييم جودة التعليم العالي من خلال تحليل المعطيات الإحصائية للاستبيان الموجه لأعضاء هيئة التدريس(الأساتذة)، حيث أن نتج عن هذا التحليل المعمق للمعطيات غياب تطبيق فعلي لمعايير الجودة داخل المؤسسة الجامعية، ولتحقيق النقلة النوعية يجب التوجه نحو تكوين الكفاءات وتشجيع البحث العلمي، فتح تخصصات مرتبطة بسوق العمل. The process of construction of modern societies, must necesseraly articulate itself around a thought on the conditions of the appartion of the control of knowledge, then education must be considered as a principle level which permits to achieve the target . never thenless, nowadays, the rules of the games concern mainly the qualitative aspect of the knowledge compared to the quantitative aspect. This reality is dicted by the challenges of the globalisation.That’s to say, the quality question becomes a fundamental a priority of all countries. This research aims to show the relationship which may exist the quality of high education in Algerian university model regard to a serie of elements as the strategic planning, and dices, the programmes and educationel methods, the administrative management. The suggested study focuses on the effort trying to evaluate the qualitative dimension of high education. In practice, this study is based on the statistical analysis derived from surveys provided to the teachers. The deeply treatment of data demonstred the lack of an effective of a standard of the public universities. The achievement of a qualitative progress is subordinated. The training of competencies, research, the devolpment bridges betwieen university and the Labor market may constitute, in this case, approprieted solutions to the promotion of quality inside the organization of high education. | |
