dc.description.abstractالملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور آليات التحسين الحضري في الحفاظ على جمالية المدن، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية بمدينة عنابة، وبالضبط في منطقة سرايدي، باعتبارها منطقة ذات طابع عمراني وسياحي مميز. وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كإطار منهجي يسمح بفهم الظاهرة الحضرية من مختلف أبعادها، مع ربط النتائج النظرية بالمعاينات الميدانية. كما استخدمنا تقنية الملاحظة المباشرة والاستبيان كوسيلتين رئيسيتين في جمع المعلومات، حيث تم توزيع الاستبيان على عينة قصدية تتكون من 90 أسرة من سكان حي بو حدادة في سرايدي، تضمن الاستبيان مجموعة من المحاور المرتبطة بأبعاد التحسين الحضري، من تهيئة عمرانية، إعادة ترميم، واستغلال للمساحات العامة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن فعالية آليات التحسين الحضري في الحفاظ على جمالية المدينة تتطلب تدخلًا شاملاً ومتكاملًا، يجمع بين البعد العمراني والمشاركة المجتمعية. كما أظهرت النتائج أن الاهتمام بجمالية الفضاءات الحضرية ينعكس إيجابًا على راحة السكان وانتمائهم، ويعزز من جاذبية المدينة على المستويين المحلي والسياحي. Abstract This study aims to explore the role of urban improvement mechanisms in preserving the aesthetic quality of cities, through a field study conducted in the city of Annaba, specifically in the Seraïdi area, known for its distinctive urban and touristic character. The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach as a methodological framework that enables understanding the urban phenomenon from various dimensions, linking theoretical findings with field observations. Direct observation and a structured questionnaire were used as primary tools for data collection. The questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample of 90 households from the BouHadada neighborhood in Seraïdi. It included several sections related to urban improvement dimensions such as urban planning, restoration, and the use of public spaces. The study concluded that the effectiveness of urban improvement mechanisms in preserving the city’s aesthetics requires a comprehensive and integrated approach, combining urban development strategies with community participation. The results also revealed that enhancing the aesthetic quality of urban spaces positively impacts residents’ comfort, sense of belonging, and increases the city's attractiveness both locally and for tourism.
