| dc.description.abstract | ومع صدور التعديل الدستوري لعام 2020، أنشأ المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري المحكمة الدستورية لتحل محل المجلس الدستوري، وأوكل إليها مهمة ضمان احترام الدستور، مما يضعها في علاقة مباشرة مع السلطات العامة في البلاد. الدولة، وتحديداً السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية. وقد حاولنا من خلال هذه المذكرة توضيح جوانب العلاقة بين السلطتين التنفيذية والتشريعية للمحكمة الدستورية وانعكاسها على استقلاليتها. With the issuance of the constitutional amendment of 2020, the Algerian constitutional founder created the Constitutional Court to replace the Constitutional Council, and entrusted it with the task of ensuring respect for the constitution, which puts it in a direct relationship with the public authorities in the state, specifically the legislative and executive authorities. We have tried through this memorandum to explain the aspects of the relationship between the executive and legislative branches of the Constitutional Court and its reflection on its independence. | |
