Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثر التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية بالتغيرات التي تشهدها أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية. حيث أظهرت النتائج أن إجمالي الصادرات الجزائرية مرتبط بشكل شبه كلي بالصادرات في قطاع المحروقات بنسبة تزيد عن 90% في المتوسط، ما يجعل الميزان التجاري الجزائري شديد الحساسية لتغيرات أسعار المحروقات، حيث شهد تراجعا كبيرا منذ سنة 2014 نتيجة الأزمة النفطية، واستمر هذا التراجع إلى غاية 2020 حيث عرف نتائج سالبة طوال هذه الفترة، ورغم محاولات الجزائر النهوض بقطاع التجارة الخارجية إلا أن اقتصاد الجزائر كان ولا يزال يصنف ضمن الاقتصاديات الربعية
The study aims to find out how Algeria's foreign trade is affected by changes in oil prices in world markets. The results showed that Algeria's total exports are almost entirely linked to exports in the hydrocarbon sector by an average of more than 90%, making Algeria's trade balance highly sensitive to fuel price changes, where it has seen a significant decline since 2014 as a result of the oil crisis, and this decline continued until 0202, where it experienced negative results throughout this period, and despite Algeria's attempts to promote the foreign trade sector, Algeria's economy was and continues to be classified as a major economy.
