| dc.description.abstract | يدخل مصطلح الانتحال ضمن أخطر الأفعال الإجرامية خاصة إذا انتشر في الأوساط الأكاديمية وخاصة مع التطور التكنولوجي الحالي الذي يهدد البحث العلمي ويؤدي إلى فقدان مصداقيته، وأصبحت مواجهته إحدى الطرق. للحد منها، ولهذا نجد المشرع الجزائري اتخذ إجراءات صارمة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة وبعض الآليات والتدابير الوقائية بإصدار المرسوم الوزاري رقم 1082 الصادر بتاريخ 2020 والذي يحدد التنظيم الوقائي السرقة الأدبية ومكافحتها من خلال اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الرادعة والوقائية للقضاء على جريمة الانتحال.The term plagiarism enters within the most serious criminal acts especially if it spreads amongst the academic communities and especially with the current technological development, which give a threat to scientific research and leads to the loss of its credibility, and confronting it becames one of the ways to reduce it, that’s why we find the Algerian legislature took the action to take a strict procedures to eradicate this phenomenon and some of mechanisms and preventive measures by issuing the ministerial Decree(code) n° 1082 which enacted on 2020 and defines preventive regulation of plagiarism and fight it by adopting deterrent and preventive legal measures to eliminate the crime of plagiarism. | |
