dc.description.abstractالملخص سعى الاستعمار الفرنسي بعد 1830 إلى بسط سيطرته على الموارد الطبيعية و الثروة الغابية للجزائر فانتهجت سياسات عديدة عرفت بالنظام الغابي الفرنسي المزعوم أنه يحمي الغابات من استغلال الغير عقلاني و الحرائق لكن الحقيقة وراء هذا الإدعاء هو ضم أكبر عدد ممكن من الغابات و أراضي لإنجاح مشروعهم استيطاني ورفع اقتصادهم فضمت عدة قوانين ظالمة ناهية لحقوق الأهالي تسلط عليهم أقسى العقوبات من غرامات وإلقاء ألوم عليهم جزاء الحرائق وغيرها التي هي جزء صغير من السياسة الغابية الفرنسية في الشرق الجزائري . Summary Following the conquest of Algeria in 1830, French colonialism sought to extend its control over the country’s natural resources and forest wealth. It adopted various policies under what was falsely claimed to be a "French forest system" designed to protect the forests from irrational exploitation and fires. However, the true objective behind this claim was to annex as much forested land as possible in order to advance their colonial settlement project and boost the French economy. This system was supported by a series of unjust laws that violated the rights of the indigenous population, subjecting them to harsh penalties such as fines and blame for forest fires. These measures represent only a small part of the broader French forest policy in Eastern Algeria.
