Abstract
تهدف دراسة الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية وتداعياتها على الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي إلى معالجة إشكالية ترتبط بشكل وثيق بمفهوم الأمن وتركز على بعده الطاقوي الذي يعد من أهم المفاصل المحورية التي تساهم في تشكيل المفهوم الواسع للأمن حيث كان لهذه الحرب تأثيُر كبير على الأمن الطاقوي الأوروبي، بفعل الإرتباطات والتبادلات في مجال الطاقة بين روسيا وأوروبا التي تتم في شق كبير منها عبر الأراضي الأوكرانية خاصة بالنسبة للغاز الروسي، الذي يمثل حصة الأسد في واردات دول الإتحاد الأوروبي، وبذلك فإن أي التوترات التي تشهدها المنطقة تجعل قضية الأمن الطاقوي شأنا ذو أولوية بالنسبة لصانعي القرار بدول أوروبا، وقد أبرزت الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية هذا الطرح الذي كان له تداعيات متعددة الأبعاد. The study of the Russian-Ukrainian war and its impacts on European energy security aims to argue a problematic closely linked to security concept and focuses on its energy dimension, which is one of the most important pivotal joints that contribute to shaping the security concept, as this war had a major impact on European energy security, due to the Russo-European connections and exchanges in energy field, a large part of which takes place through Ukrainian territory, especially with regard to Russian gas, which represents the largest share of imports in European Union countries. Thus, any tensions in the region classify energy security as a priority issue in European decision-makers agenda, and it has The Russo-Ukrainian war highlighted this context, which had multidimensional impacts.
