| dc.description.abstract | انقضاء الالتزام في القانون المدني الجزائري هو بلوغ نهاية المدة الزمنية التي يصبح الالتزام خلالها نافذًا. ويعتبر انقضاء الالتزام مفهومًا مهمًا في القانون المدني، حيث يضع القانون شروطًا ومواعيد لانقضاء الالتزامات. هناك عدة أسباب قانونية لانقضاء الالتزام في القانون المدني الجزائري، بما في ذلك الوفاء بالتسوية أو التفويض أو التجديد أو دمج الديون. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قد تنقضي الالتزامات دون الوفاء بها للأسباب التالية: الإبراء أو استحالة التنفيذ أو التقادم. من المهم ملاحظة أن أنواعًا مختلفة من الالتزامات قد تخضع لقواعد مختلفة لانقضاءها في القانون المدني الجزائري. يجب على الأفراد والمؤسسات الالتزام بالمواعيد والشروط المحددة الموضحة في العقود والاتفاقيات لتجنب انقضاء الالتزامات والعواقب القانونية التي قد تنشأ.Expiration of obligation in Algerian civil law refers to reaching the end of the time period during which the obligation is effective.
