| dc.description.abstract | تتناول الدراسة وضعية الصحفيين المنخرطون في مهمة مهنية خطيرة، أثناء نزاع مسلح، فهم من المدنيين المعرضين بشكل خاص للعنف، والذي غالبًا ما يؤدي إلى الإصابة والوفاة. وعلى الرغم من الحماية الحالية التي يوفرها القانون الإنساني الدولي للصحفيين كمدنيين، فإن سيناريو النزاع المسلح يكون في كل مرة أكثر خطورة وفتكًا للصحفيين. لهذا، فإن اقتراح الشارة المميزة المعترف بها دوليًا ليس قضية جديدة، لكنها اكتسبت أهمية جديدة مع حملة شعار الصحافة والاقتراح الجديد للشارة المميزة. و عليه، تسعى هذه المقالة إلى تحليل جميع المقترحات الخاصة بشعار الصحفيين ومناقشة إمكانات وتهديدات اعتماد مثل هذه الشارة. The study examines the situation of journalists who, during an armed conflict, engage in a dangerous professional mission. They are among the civilians who are particularly vulnerable to violence, which often leads to injury and death. Despite the current protections that international humanitarian law provides to journalists as civilians, the scenario of armed conflict is each time more dangerous and deadly for journalists. Therefore, the proposal for the internationally recognized distinctive emblem is not a new issue, but it has acquired new significance with the press logo campaign and the new proposal for the distinctive emblem.
