| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التأكيد على ضرورة تنمية الصادرات غير النفطية بالجزائر وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على تطور الصادرات غير النفطية في هيكل التجارة الخارجية بالجزائر، حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة الإجابة على إشكالية محورية تمثلت في: ما هو وزن الصادرات غير النفطية في هيكل التجارة الخارجية بالجزائر؟، لنتوصل في ختام هذه الدراسة إلى أن معظم الاستراتيجيات المطبقـة لترقية الصادرات غير النفطية في الجزائر كـان نصيبها الفشل، ولهذا اقترحنا جملة من الاقتراحات تتمحور أساسا حول: الحد من وحدانية الصادرات وتنويعها والاقتداء بالتجارب الرائدة العالمية، وكذلك التركيز على الاستثمار في الرأسمال البشري ، وأيضا تنشيط قطاع المقاولاتية والاستثمار المحلي. The aim of this study is to emphasize the necessity of developing non-oil exports in Algeria by highlighting the development of non-oil exports in the structure of foreign trade in Algeria, in this study, we tried to answer the central problem: What is the weight of non-oil exports in the foreign trade structure In Algeria?, and we conclude that most of the strategies applied for the promotion of non-oil exports in Algeria were their failure, We have therefore proposed a number of proposals that are mainly focused on: reducing and diversifying the unity of exports and following the leading global experiences, as well as focusing on investment in human capital, as well as the revitalization of the sector of entrepreneurship and domestic investment | |
