| dc.description.abstract | يعد الاستثمار في الجزائر أحد أهم المحاور الاساسية في الاستراتيجية المنتهجة من اجل انعاش الاقتصاد ، وقد حاولت الدولة ايجاد بدائل لقطاع المحروقات خصوصا من خلال محاولة توفير المواقع العقارية لاستقبال النشاطات الصناعية للمستثمرين الوطنين والأجانب . ونظرا لما تتمتع به الجزائر من مساحات شاسعة تتنوع فيها مختلف المقومات التي تشكل اغراء كبير للمستثمرين ، مما يجعل العقار الصناعي الموجه للاستثمار من بين أهم الخيارات التي تستطيع الدولة اغتنامها . Investment in Algeria is one of the most important basic axes in the strategy adopted to revive the economy. The state has tried to find alternatives to the hydrocarbons sector, especially by trying to provide real estate sites to receive industrial activities for national and foreign investors. Given that Algeria enjoys vast areas with a variety of components that constitute a great temptation for investors, this makes industrial real estate intended for investment among the most important options that the state can seize. | |
