Abstract
الملخص :
تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع المعالجة الإعلامية لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية و طبيعة التغطية
في قناة النهار الإخبارية الجزائرية لهذه الظاهرة من خلال تحليل الأطر والأساليب التي
اعتمدتها في معالجة هذا الملف الاجتماعي الحساس .
وقد انطلقت الدراسة من إشكالية رئيسية مفادها :ما طبيعة التغطية الإعلامية التي خصصتها
قناة النهار الإخبارية لظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية ؟ وللإجابة عن هذا السؤال اعتمدت الدراسة
على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بوصفه الأنسب لطبيعة الموضوع مُستعينًا بأداة تحليل المضمون
لتفكيك مضامين البرامج المختارة و قياسها كميًا و كيفيا .
وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في برامج قناة النهار الإخبارية فيما اشتملت العينة العشوائية على
سبعة برامج تناولت ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية خضعت جميعها للتحليل المنهجي عبر جداول
تحليلية مُفصلة تُرجمة نتائجها إلى نسب مئوية ممثلة في دوائر نسبية .
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن قناة النهار الإخبارية أعطت اهتمامًا ملحوظا لظاهرة الهجرة غير
الشرعية وأن معالجتها لهذا الموضوع تنوعت بين الأبعاد الاجتماعية و الإنسانية و الأمنية مما
يعكس توجها إعلاميا و يحاول الإحاطة بمختلف جوانب الظاهرة .
Study Abstract :
This study addresses the media coverage of illegal immigration,
specifically examining how the Algerian news channel "Ennahar TV"
covers this phenomenon by analyzing the frames and methods used to
handle this sensitive social issue.
The study stems from a main problematic: What is the nature of the
media coverage dedicated by Ennahar News Channel to the phenomenon
of illegal immigration?
To answer this question, the study relied on the descriptive-analytical
approach, as it is the most suitable for the nature of the topic, utilizing
content analysis as a tool to deconstruct, quantitatively, and qualitatively
measure the content of the selected programs.
The study population consisted of Ennahar News Channel's programs,
while the random sample included seven programs that addressed the
phenomenon of illegal immigration. All of these underwent systematic
analysis through detailed analytical tables, the results of which were
translated into percentages represented in pie charts.
The study concluded that Ennahar News Channel paid significant
attention to the phenomenon of illegal immigration, and that its coverage
of this topic varied between social, humanitarian, and security
dimensions, reflecting a media orientation that attempts to encompass the
various aspects of the phenomenon.
