| dc.description.abstract | ملخص الدراسة: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوعًا بعنوان "جودة التكوين المهني واستقطاب الشباب الباحث عن العمل" ، والذي يعتبر من أهم المواضيع التي استدعت عملية البحث بشقيها النظري والميداني ، وبالتالي جاءت اشكالية الدراسة الحالية حول هل هناك علاقة بين جودة التكوين المهني واستقطاب الشباب الباحث عن العمل ؟ ومن أجل تحقيق تحقيق الهدف العام للدراسة فإن الإشكالية المطروحة أملت علينا الفرضيات الفرعية التالية: - يرتبط استقطاب الشباب نحو مؤسسات التكوين بجودة المحتوى التعليمي وبرامج التكوين المهني. - يرتبط استقطاب الشباب نحو مؤسسات التكوين بتجديد التخصصات وفروع التكوين العصرية . وقد جاءت الدراسة في (5) فصول ، جانب نظري تضمن (4) فصول ، وجانب ميداني تضمن فصلين ، حيث جاء في الفصل الأول الإطار التصوري والمفاهيمي للدراسة ، أما الفصل الثاني والثالث فقد تضمنا متغيري الدراسة جودة التكوين المهني واستقطاب الشباب. و لأجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تضمن الجانب الميداني الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة الميدانية حيث استخدم المنهج الوصفي لتناسبه مع موضوع البحث ، أما تقنيات البحث فقد تم استخدام الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات إلى جانب الملاحظة تم توزيع الاستمارة على عينة عشوائية شملت المتكونون وقدرت ب 56 متكون ولتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها الميدان استخدمنا الأسلوب الإحصائي في التحليل والتفسير. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : - توجد علاقة بين جودة التكوين المهني واستقطاب الشباب عن العمل. - توجد علاقة بين المحتوى التعليمي ومستوى الاستقطاب. - توجد علاقة بين التجديد في التخصصات المهنية ومستوى الاستقطاب. وبناءا على هذه النتائج اثبتت تحقق الفرضية الرئيسية: توجد علاقة بين جودة التكوين المهني واستقطاب الشباب الباحث عن العمل. Study Summary: This study addressed the topic titled "The Quality of Vocational Training and Attracting Job-Seeking Youth," which is considered one of the most important subjects warranting both theoretical and field research. Accordingly, the central research problem was formulated as: Is there a relationship between the quality of vocational training and attracting job-seeking youth? To achieve the main objective of the study, the research problem led to the formulation of the following sub-hypotheses: The attraction of youth to vocational training institutions is linked to the quality of educational content and vocational training programs. The attraction of youth to vocational training institutions is associated with the renewal of modern training specializations and fields. The study was divided into five chapters: The theoretical part included four chapters, while the field part consisted of two chapters. Chapter one presented the conceptual and theoretical framework of the study. Chapters two and three addressed the study’s variables: the quality of vocational training and the attraction of youth. To achieve the study’s objectives, the fieldwork included methodological procedures, using the descriptive method for its suitability to the research topic. Data collection techniques included the questionnaire as the main tool, along with observation. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 56 trainees. The collected data was analyzed and interpreted using statistical methods. The study reached a number of key findings, most notably: There is a relationship between the quality of vocational training and attracting job-seeking youth. There is a relationship between educational content and the level of attraction Based on these findings, the main hypothesis was confirmed: There is a relationship between the quality of vocational training and attracting job-seeking youth. | |
