| dc.description.abstract | عقد الاعتماد الإيجاري من الأنظم القانونية المهمة التي استحدثها الواقع التجاري،والذي يتمتع بأهمية بالغة على صعيد التجارة الداخلية والخارجية ،فيهدف هذا العقد إلى توفير التمويل اللازم للمشركات التجارية أو الصناعية ،ولكن هذا النوع من النشاط التمويلي يحتاج إلى مؤسسات خاصة تمارسه من أجل تحقيق هدف اقتصاد The leasing contract is among the most important legal systems and which plays great importance in front of internal and external trade because this contract aims to provide the necessary financing for commercial and industrial projects.But this type financing activity requires private companies to achieve an economic objective. And for the importance of the subject of this study, we have dealt with the conditions of the adoption of rental companies following Algerian legislation, and the form and position of the legal status of these companies for tenants, is- what the legal provisions have contributed to achieving a balance between the two parties, on the one hand. And on the other hand, the diffusion on the financial market and activate Algerian investment. | |
