| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إلقاء الضوء على عملية البحث والنشر العلميين نظرا للعلاقة الوثيقة بينهما، ومن أجل ذلك تم التطرق إلى البحث العلمي وأهميته، ثم حاولنا التركيز على عملية النشر العلمي من حيث المفهوم والأهمية، ونظرا للصعوبات التي تقف عائقا أمام الباحثين في نشر بحوثهم العلمية في الجزائر ، سواء أكانت علمية أو عملية أو تقنية وإدارية، ارتأينا الوقوف على هذه الصعوبات ومحاولة حصرها وتحديدها، وبيان مختلف الآليات الواجب إتباعها من قبل كافة الأطراف المعنية للتغلب على هذه العقبات وتذليلها، قصد إعطاء المكانة اللائقة والضرورية للبحث والنشر العلميين في الجزائر وتحسينها، والدفع بها قدما من أجل المساهمة الفعلية والجادة في معالجة العديد من القضايا المطروحة في كل المجالات ، وكذا المساهمة في التنمية الشاملة للجزائر. Abstract : research paper aims to shed light on the scientific research and publishing process due to the close relationship between them, and for this the scientific research and its importance were addressed, then we tried to focus on the scientific publishing process in terms of concept and importance, and given the difficulties that stand in the way for researchers to publish their scientific research In Algeria, whether it is scientific, practical, technical or administrative, we decided to identify these difficulties and try to limit and define them. and to indicate the various mechanisms that must be followed by all concerned parties to overcome these obstacles and overcome them, in order to give the necessary and appropriate place for scientific research and publication in Algeria and improve them, and push them forward in order to contribute effectively and seriously in addressing many issues In all areas, as well as contributing to the comprehensive development of Algeria. | |
