dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم رؤية وصفية حول الفساد المالي والتدابير الوقائية المتخذة من قبل المشرع الجزائري للوقاية منه، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الإطار المفاهيمي للفساد المالي وكذا دور الهيئة الوطنية في سبيل الوقاية من هذا الفساد، قصد خلق بيئة للنزاهة في القطاع العام. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم النتائج والتوصيات المتوصل اليها، لاسيما الحلول المقترحة للوقاية من الفساد المالي، ومن ثم الحد أو التقليل من مخاطره. This study aims to provide a descriptive vision about financial corruption and the preventive measures taken by the Algerian legislator to prevent it, by highlighting the conceptual framework of financial corruption as well as the role of the National Authority for Prevention of it, in order to create an environment for integrity in the public sector. The study concluded by highlighting the most important results and recommendations, especially the proposed solutions to prevent financial corruption, and then reduce or reduce its risks.
