| dc.description.abstract | من خلال ما ارتأينا إليه في هذا الفصل فإن إجراءات الدعوى الإدارية تبدأ بمجرد إعداد عريضة افتتاح الدعوى الإدارية، ويجب أن تتضمن على مجموعة من البيانات والوثائق والمستندات المطلوبة قانونا، وبعدها تأتي مرحلة تهيئة القضية من خلال تعيين تشكيلة الحكم والمستشار المقرر الذي يباشر التحقيق من خلال وسائل، حيث يتبين للقاضي المقرر أن القضية جاهزة لجلسة المحاكمة. أويضا يعلن رئيس تشكيلة الحكم عن انتهاء التحقيق ويبلغ الخصوم بأجله مسبقا ويحدد جلسة الحكم، وهنا يقوم محافظ الدولة خلال هذه المدة بمتابعة الملف وتقديم التماسه كتابيا في الآجال المحددة. ويكون الإعلان عن الحكم في جلسة علنية ويبلغ الحكم القضائي إلى الخصوم في الدعوى الإدارية عن طريق محضر قضائي وهذه قاعدة عامة تسري على تبليغ الأحكام والقرارات القضائية الإدارية، ويجوز بصفة استثنائية تبليغ الأحكام والقرارات القضائية إلى جانب التبليغ الرسمي، وأخيرا يتم تنفيذ الق ا رر القضائي الإداري.From what we have seen in this chapter, the administrative lawsuit procedures begin as soon as the procedures are prepared A petition to open an administrative case, which must include a set of data and documents And the documents required by law, and then comes the stage of preparing the case by appointing the ruling lineup The rapporteur is the one who initiates the investigation through the means that it becomes clear to the rapporteur The case is ready for trial.
