Abstract
تعتبر الإدارة الكترونية من أهم الآليات الحديثة التي تعتمد عليها الجماعات الإقليمية لتحسين أدائها ، فهي تسعى إلى تقديم أفضل الخدمات للمواطنين ،وذلك من خلال العمل على رفع كفاءة الموظفين داخل الإدارة لمواكبة التطورات الحديثة و عصرنة الجهاز الإداري داخل الجماعات الإقليمية ، وهذا لأجل ضمان تسيير ناجح وكذا تسهيل الخدمة على الموظف من جهة وتسهيل وتحسين الخدمة للمواطن وتقريب الإدارة منه من جهة أخرى
