| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الاستطلاعية إلى استكشاف دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير مهنة المحاسبة ضمن البيئة الجزائرية، من خلال دراسة استطلاعية أجريت بشركة اتصالات الجزائر، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج الكيفي عبر مقابلات مع مهنيين ذوي خبرة. أظهرت النتائج أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يشكل تهديدا لبعض المهام الروتينية، لكنه في المقابل يمثل فرصة لإعادة تشكيل المهنة بشكل أكثر كفاءة، من خلال تحسين جودة المعلومات، وتسريع الإنجاز، وتقليل الأخطاء، وتعزيز دور المحاسب كمستشار استراتيجي. كما كشفت الدراسة عن تحديات منها نقص الكفاءات، وارتفاع التكاليف، والمقاومة الداخلية للتغيير. وأوصت بضرورة تعزيز التدريب، وتطوير شراكات أكاديمية، وتبني سياسات واضحة لدمج فعال وآمن للذكاء الاصطناعي في الممارسات المحاسبية. Abstract: This exploratory study aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence artificial intelligencein the development of the accounting profession within the Algerian environment, through an applied study conducted at Algerian Telecom, using a qualitative and descriptive approach through interviews with experienced professionals. The results showed that artificial intelligence poses a threat to some routine tasks, but on the other hand, it represents an opportunity to reshape the profession more efficiently, by improving the quality of information, accelerating delivery, minimizing errors, and enhancing the role of the accountant as a strategic advisor. The study also revealed challenges such as lack of competencies, high costs, and internal resistance to change. It recommended the need to enhance training, develop academic partnerships, and adopt clear policies for the effective and safe integration of artificial intelligence into accounting practices. | |
