| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: أصبحت حاجة المؤسسات للمهارات القیادیة متطلبا إجباریا لكل مؤسسة تسعى للحصول على التمیز في الأداء، للمحافظة على استمراریتها في بیئة تنافسیة حادة، وقد تفهمت المؤسسات أهمیة المهارات القیادیة وقدرتها على تنمیة وتطویر أداء موردها البشري بما یحقق أهدافها واستمرارها مع وجود تنافس شدید على تنمیة المورد البشري باعتباره جوهر العملیة الإنتاجیة. وعلیه فإن هذا المقال یهدف للتعرف على الأسالیب المتبعة من طرف المؤسسة الجزائریة المتمثلة في مركب الصناعي والتجاري الحضنة بالمسیلة والذي یسعى إلى تعزیز وتنمیة المهارات القیادیة لدى العاملین به وذلك من خلال عملیتي التدریب والإشراف اللذان یسهمان في تطویر وتحسین فاعلیة الأداء بما یضمن استمراره واستقراره في ظل المنافسة الخارجیة Abstract : The need for leadership skills has become a critical requirement for any institution seeking performance excellence, to maintain continuity in a highly competitive environment, and institutions have realized the importance of leadership skills and their ability to develop. the performance of their human resources in order to achieve their objectives and their continuity, despite the existence of intense competition, for the development of human resources, which are at the heart of the production process. Accordingly, this article aims to identify the methods adopted by the Algerian institution, represented by the M'Sila industrial and commercial complex, which seeks to improve and develop the leadership skills of its employees, through the process of training and supervision to improve performance effectiveness to ensure continuity and stability in the face of external competition. | |
