Abstract
الملخص : إذا كان ظهور الحركة العمالية بأوربا قد إرتبط بظهور الثورة الصناعية والنهضة العلمية، أين كان لهذا التطور الصناعي الدور الكبير في نشأتها وتطورها وبلوغها أرقى أشكال التنظيم النقابي؛ فإن ظهورها في العالم الثالث عموما والوطن العربي على الخصوص، قد إرتبط بالوجود الإستعماري في هذه المجتمعات، كوسيلة لمحاربة أرباب العمل والدفاع عن مصالح العمال المادية والمعنوية، والعمل السياسي للتخلص من السيطرة و الإستغلال الرأسمالي. و الحركة العمالية الجزائرية تعد نموذجا لهذه الحركات على المستوى الشمال الإفريقي، برزت كحركة إجتماعية تهدف إلى ضرورة السعي المشترك لأجل إنشاء جبهة تضامن قصد تحقيق أهداف مشتركة ، وقصد التمكن من الدفاع عن حقوقها المشروعة، بمعنى إنتشال الطبقة العاملة الكادحة من الضعف والتشتت من جهة، وبناء قوة إجتماعية لمواجهة القوى الرأسمالية الإستعمارية من جهة أخرى. ومن الطبيعي أن تتواجد ظروف وعوامل عدة؛ سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية ساهمت في بروز الحركة العمالية الجزائرية وتحديدا بفرنسا، خلال السنوات التي أعقبت نهاية الحرب العالمية الأولى. وعلى هذا الأساس سنتعرف على الظروف والآليات التي ساعدت وساهمت في تشكل هذه الحركة التي تعد أحد أشكال النضال الجزائري ضد المستعمر الفرنسي.
Abstract : If the appearance of the syndic in Europe had related by the appearance of the industrial revolution and the scientific rising that they was biggest role
in the creation of the syndic, its development and its arrival to the highest shops of the syndical organization that we know it now, as consequence, its appearance in the third world generally and Arabic world especially had related by the existence of the colonization in this socials as a means to fighting the lords of the work and defense about the material and moral interests of common attempt for create a front of solidarity, its purpose is realizing the unit purposes and defense about its legal rights that’s mean save the worked lager from the partition and the weakness in side, and build a social power for oppose the colonial capitalist powers in another side. Naturally, the existence of a lot of political, economics and socials conditions and factors had participated in the
