Abstract
الملخص : لقد تناولنا في هذه الدراسة و المتمثلة في تقويم المعطيات الإحصائية الناقصة لولاية خنشلة خلال سنة 2020، الأخطاء الأكثر انتشارا في هذه المعطيات وذلك من خلال تطبيق ثلاث مؤشرات و هي مؤشر ويبل و مؤشر مايرز و المؤشر المزدوج لهيئة الأمم المتحدة و ذلك من أجل معرفة درجة الخطاء في هذه المعطيات و البحث عن الأسباب الرئيسة التي أدت الى وقوع هذه الأخطاء و إيجاد حلول لها أو القضاء عليها بصورة نهائية و بعد الحصول على مختلف الاحصائيات من مديرية البرمجة و متابعة الميزانية و تطبيق هذه المؤشرات عليها. اتضح لنا ان احصائيات الولاية صحيحة نسبيا و يمكن الاعتماد عليها في مختلف الدراسات السكانية للولاية و يمكن إرجاع هذه النسبة المقبولة الى كون ولاية خنشلة صغيرة مقارنة مع ولايات الجزائر الأخرى مما سهل علية التحكم في الاحصائيات الديمغرافية لها .
Abstract : In this study, which is represented by the evaluation of incomplete statistical data of the wilaya of Khanchela for the year 2020, we have touched on the most widespread errors in these data, by applying three indicators, Whipple index, Myers index and the double index of the United Nations, in order to find out the degree of error in these data and search for the main reason that led to these errors and find solutions to them or eliminate them permanently, after obtaining different statistics from the Directorate of programming and budget follow-up, and applying these indicators to them. It appeared to us that the statistics of the wilaya are relatively correct, and can be relied upon in various population studies of the wilaya, and this acceptable percentage is probably due to the fact that the wilaya of Khanchela is small compared to other wilayas of Algeria, which made it easier for us to control its demographic statistics.
