dc.description.abstractتهدف دراسة موضوع دور المشرع الجزائري في تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية إلى أن هذه الأخيرة هي الأسلوب الحديث لممارسة أعمال الإدارة، وتقوم أصلا على استخدام شبكات الأنترنت، ومنه تتمحور إشكالية حول مدى فعالية السياسة التشريعية المقررة من أجل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في ظل عصرنتها، وكما أن مبدأ تطبيقاتها يهدف إلى تطبيق أقصى فائدة ممكنة من تنفيذ الأعمال الإدارية للمجتمع والمؤسسات والقطاع الخاص الحكومي في الدول، واستخدامها يجعلنا في مأمن من الوقوع في عراقيل الإدارة التقليدية. The study of this subject aims the role of the Algerian legislator in activating electronic administration at the fact that the latter is the modern method for practicing administrative works, it is based primarily on the use of internet networks, from this, a problematic revolves around the extent of the effectiveness of the legislative policy decided in order to implement e-administration in light of its modernity. just as the principle of its applications aims to implement the maximum possible benefit from the implementation of the administrative work of society, institutions and the private governmental sector in the countries, and using them makes us safe from the obstacles of traditional management.
