| dc.description.abstract | إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة القيام بعرض الأهمية التي يكتسيها تفعيل نظام الرخصة بالنقاط في التقليل من حوادث المرور في الجزائر، والبحث في هذا الموضوع يقتضي التطرق إلى ماهية نظام الرخصة بالنقاط وآليات تطبيقه، وقبل ذلك يجدر التعرض إلى المخالفات والجنح المرورية التي نص عليها قانون المرور رقم17/05 والتي على أساسها يتم احتساب النقاط وخصمها، لنصل إلى نتيجة أساسية تتمثل في كون نظام الرخصة بالنقاط نظام ردعي ووقائي سيساهم تطبيقه في تحسين السلامة المرورية في الجزائر. Our work aims to show the importance of the application of the permit system in order to reduce the rate of road accidents in algeria.
