Abstract
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة القيام بعرض الأهمية التي يكتسيها تفعيل نظام الرخصة بالنقاط في التقليل من حوادث المرور في الجزائر، والبحث في هذا الموضوع يقتضي التطرق إلى ماهية نظام الرخصة بالنقاط وآليات تطبيقه، وقبل ذلك يجدر التعرض إلى المخالفات والجنح المرورية التي نص عليها قانون المرور رقم17/05 والتي على أساسها يتم احتساب النقاط وخصمها، لنصل إلى نتيجة أساسية تتمثل في كون نظام الرخصة بالنقاط نظام ردعي ووقائي سيساهم تطبيقه في تحسين السلامة المرورية في الجزائر.
Our work aims to show the importance of the application of the permit system in order to reduce the rate of road accidents in algeria.
Before that, it is necessary to address the issue of the offenses of the highway code no. 17/05 on the basis of which the points are calculated and deducted; to lead to the fact that the system of the point license contributes to improve the road safety in algeria
