Abstract
الملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير الإدارة الإلكترونية على علاقات العمل بالمؤسسة، على طبيعة علاقات العمل بين الموظفين، وبين الموظفين والرؤساء، وكذا تأثير وظائف الإدارة الإلكترونية على علاقات العمل
ركزت على كيفية تأثير استخدام التقنيات الرقمية، والبريد الإلكتروني، شبكة الأنترنت... على التواصل والتفاعل داخل بيئة العمل بالمؤسسة
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح الاجتماعي، ويتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع الموظفين بكلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة خنشلة، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على الحصر الشامل لجمع البيانات من جميع مفردات مجتمع البحث، وجرت الدراسة خلال السنة الجامعية 2024/2025، وقد تم استخدام الاستمارة والمقابلة لجمع البيانات.
توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإدارة الإلكترونية بعناصرها ووظائفها تؤثر بدرجة متوسطة على علاقات العمل بكلية العلوم الإجتماعية والإنسانية بجامعة خنشلة.:
Abstract :
This study aimed to highlight the impact of electronic administration on workplace relationships within an organization, on the nature of work relationships between employees and between employees and their superiors, and on the impact of electronic administration functions on workplace relationships.
It focused on how the use of digital technologies, email, and the internet impact communication and interaction within the workplace.
The study relied on a descriptive approach using a social survey method. The research community comprised all employees at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Khenchela University.
The study relied on a comprehensive inventory to collect data from all members of the research community. The study was conducted during the 2024/2025 academic year, using questionnaires and interviews.
The study concluded that electronic administration, with its elements and functions, has a moderate impact on workplace relationships at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Khenchela University.
